No one can deny that language is way or method of human communication ,which has a multiple thoughts and differences by schalars.

Languages are not scattered randomly everywhere ,furthermore people do not speak an universal 

language.This one has different aspect from place to place even your nieghbor city or countryside does not partake the same form and pronunciation of words.

If we take a look around the world each country is rich on various language spieces and different symbols. By means of these symbols, people are able to impart information, to express feelings and emotions, to influence the activities of others, and to comport themselves with varying degrees of friendliness or hostility toward persons who make use of substantially the same set of symbols.
